Please read the below carefully before making your purchase:
- You must upload a picture, choose a size and diamond shape you want before buying. The price will be different based on the size.
- Use our advanced upload tool to crop your image to suit our canvas sizes. Choose from Square (1:1), Standard (3:4) or Long (9:16). You won't have to do this if your photo is already one of the above aspect ratios.
- Choose "Aspect Ratio" to use the crop tool. There are both vertical and horizontal modes for Standard and Long options. Select the most suitable for your picture!
- We do have some requirements for the quality of picture you upload. Avoid blurry shots, pictures that are too dark or too bright, and photos with too many people (you won't be able to see their faces!).
- You don't need to use a photo - any image you've got on your phone or personal computer is fine.
- It will take up to 7 business days to design your picture. We care about quality and we know you do too!
- Your custom diamond painting will not ship from Australia. It comes directly from our manufacturing partner in China and shipped via priority airline. Estimated delivery is between 7-15 days (not including design time).
